Surf 2000 Features :

The Surf 500 service is one of the most popular to date as it is a 512kbps speed, "stripped down", ADSL product with added functionality available as required.

Customers unable to get a 2Mb service (Broadband 2) and do not require the full feature set may benefit from the Surf 2000.

Fair Use Policy :

Surf 2000 is subject to the following Fair Use Policy (FUP) :

? 50GB per month usage allowance, this limit applying only between 8.00am to 12.00 midnight.

From 1st July 2005 the FUP will be enhanced to allow the following :

? Unused data will be carried over, to be made available for the following month only. E.g. A customer uses 40GB in one month, meaning that they carry over 10GB in the following month, to form a total of 60GB available. If they then use only 45GB of this 60GB in the month, the amount they next carry over is just 5GB.
